SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Shipping/Local Pickup Policy
Any orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Your order will be shipped via USPS.
Local pick-up will be offered in Mesa, AZ free of charge. Orders will be fulfilled within 2-4 business days and you will receive a text/email with pickup information when the order is ready for pickup.
At this time, we offer store credit or exchanges only. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded. Store credit never expires. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return or exchange.
You have 21 days from the date of your order's delivery to drop off your eligible return at the post office.

To receive a store credit item(s) must be:
-In unworn condition.
-Item(s) must be in resell-able condition.
Damaged/wrong item received:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your package.
